Alex is an attorney licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Alex has advised businesses and State and federal officials on complex statutory and regulatory systems, particularly relating to health care regulation and reimbursement. Alex's experience includes working as an attorney in the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
He is a graduate of Duke University and holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a Webster Society Scholar, an Associate Editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review, and a mentor and tutor in after-school programs for disadvantaged elementary school students in St. Louis.
During law school, Alex served as an intern with the Office of the Maryland Attorney General and the Office of Science and Technology Policy within the Executive Office of the President.
